Smokey Nagata

Biodata

   Kazuhiko Nagata or also known as 'Smokey Nagata' was born in Hokkaido,Japan in 1964
A famous Japanese car engineer. Smokey doesn’t have the look of a menace to society. He’s softly spoken and anxiously fidgets in conversation, often cowering back into a shell of introversion that wraps around his stunted, slight frame. During his young age his father loved to drive fast so he starting obsessed with the sensation of speed and started tinkering with cars in his 15 he bought his first car a Mitsubishi Galant GTO with the helped of a local boss at Toyota he menage to make the car running.He was suspended from his school after illegally drove his car to school.The local  boss give a job to him cause he feel responsible to what happen to Smokey.He usually uselly modified his Toyota Celica without permission during work hours. After of four years of  hard work as a mechanical at Toyota company Smokey Nagata caught red handed and was fired by the company.Then he moved to Tokyo to fullfiled his dream to become a race driver.

Top Secret
   To get more money Smokey Nagata join a tuning company, Trust. Again his was caught working on his own project during work but this time his boss keep it to himself thus the name of his famous tuning shop,Top Secret was inspired by the secret between him and his boss.Just wanting to be faster,Smokey’s always been brand agnostic and often mixes a cocktail of different manufacturers’ components to make Frankenstein, bright gold (winners only get gold, see) vmax machines. Over the years, he’s been through every generation of GT-R, with an R32 being Top Secret’s first. Later, his R33 Skyline GT-R managed 0–300kph in 17 seconds at Yatabe and 204mph in the tunnel.In 1991 Top Secret became independent from Trust with Smokey Nagata as the founder of the company and set up their own shop in Chiba. In 1993 the company began exhibiting at the Tokyo Auto Salon.


Achievement

Since 1994, Nagata and the Top Secret team have participated in speed trials and speed challenges such as 0-400 km/h (0-249 mph), 0-300km/h (0-186 mph), 1000m, and top speed challenges. He is well known in the JDM car community and became universally known because of reposted clips on different social media platforms of these illegal high speed runs.Some clips found on YouTube are sourced from “Midnight 200mph Blast”(DVD).

   A recognizable feature of many Top Secret tuned cars are their gold paint schemes. Only cars that Nagata deem to be his best work receive this special gold paint scheme.

Top Secret won the 2007 Tokyo Auto Salon Championship with its "Final Evolution" V12 twin turbo toyota supra. At the 2017 Tokyo Auto Salon, Top Secret debuted an R32 Nissan Skyline GT-R that had been transplanted with the engine, driveline, and interior of the newer R35 Nissan GT-R. The tuning company dubbed this car the "Skyline VR32 GT-R.




Smokey has also built and owned a 200 mph-capable MK4 Supra codenamed "the GT-300" equipped with a 3G-STE engine (780hp) and a V12-powered Toyota Supra (930hp) with a Toyota Century engine, capable of 220mph. The best of his creations get a gold livery.

Conclusion 

I admire him for his determination on chasing his dream and on doing thing that he likes as a fans on tunning car myself, I personally feel amaze by the thing that he had create and made this give me courage to become a great engineer like him, He truly know his stuff and menage to achieve a lot of thing in his career.He also a hard work person.

The best experience that i have is time i at Kolej Matrikulasi Jengka, it was in the ramadhan. It started when i give my idea that i wanted to berbuka with steamboat. Then, we was 6 guys at the time.         Pengalaman pahit. Setiap orang pasti mempunyai pengalaman pahit tersendiri. Pengalaman pahit saya berlaku pada hujung tahun 2021 di Gunung Ledang .    Selepas habis sekolah menengah, saya dan rakan-rakan telah merancang untuk ke kawasan air terjun Gunung Ledang. Kami telah bertolak dari Muar ke sana selepas kami semua sarap bersama di warung Jalan Joned. Kami telah sampai di Gunung Ledang kira-kira pukul 8.30 pagi. Kami mendaki untuk ke kawasan yang sesuai untuk mandi. Setelah berjaya sampai ke kawasan mandi paling tinggi iaitu tanjung puteri, kami langsung menyalin pakaian untuk mandi-manda. Pada mulanya   kami seronok bermain air. Lama-kelamaan kami menjadi bosan dan kami mencari jalan untuk menjadikan aktiviti kami lebih menyeronokkan.
