BEST EVENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED


As a Starbucks barista, I have  many memorable experiences from serving customers to creating delicious drinks. However,  one experience  stands out as my best experience as a Starbucks barista.


 It was a typical busy morning at the Starbucks  where I work. There was a line  and the scent of freshly brewed coffee drifted in the air. When I was ordering, a woman approached the counter and ordered a drink that wasn't on the menu. She asked for a bespoke drink that she had previously gotten at another cafe but couldn't find anywhere else.


 I was up to her challenge and asked her what was in her drink and she explained her ingredients and how it was prepared. Write down the recipe in your notebook and start working. I asked her a few more questions to make sure her drink was on point and then started making. I carefully measured each ingredient and followed the steps  the lady explained.I could see the anticipation on her face as I worked. She has long wanted to try a drink that she has been missing.


 Finally I finished her drink and handed it to her. Her face lit up with joy as she took a sip. She exclaimed, "That's exactly how I remember!" She thanked me and walked away with a big smile on her face.


 That's when I realized that baristas don't just brew coffee. It's about providing an unforgettable experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Whether it's  providing great customer service or creating a custom her drink, every interaction with a customer is an opportunity to brighten up their day a little.


 Since that day, she has taken more risks to create custom her drinks for her customers. We've also invested in building relationships with repeat customers to make their Starbucks experience  unique and special. The best thing about being a Starbucks barista is seeing the joy on the customer's face when they receive their drink.


 In summary, my best experience as a barista at Starbucks  was when I went overboard to create custom her drinks for customers. In that moment, I learned the importance of creating a memorable experience for my customers and how it impacts their day. It's those moments that make being a barista so rewarding, and I'm honored to be part of such an amazing team that strives to create those moments every day.
