THE PERSON I IDOLIZE THE MOST

The person that I idolized the most is Jonah Lomu. Jonah Lomu was an incredibly talented rugby player from New Zealand who was widely regarded as one of the best players in the history of the sport. He was known for his incredible speed, power, and agility and was a dominant force on the field.

Lomu was born on May 12, 1975, in Auckland, New Zealand. He was of Tongan descent and grew up in a large family with 6 siblings. Lomu was diagnosed with a rare kidney disorder called nephrotic syndrome when he was just 6 years old and spent much of his childhood in and out of hospitals.

Despite his health struggles, Lomu was an exceptional athlete from a young age. he began playing rugby when he was just 7 years old, and quickly developed a reputation as a prodigious talent. Lomu made his debut for the New Zealand national rugby team, known as the All Blacks, in 1994 when he was just 19 years old. He went on to play 63 matches for the team throughout his career, scoring 37 tries.

Lomu's most memorable performances came during the 1995 Rugby World Cup, which was held in South Africa. He scored seven tries in the tournament, including four in a single match against England, and was widely regarded as the player of the tournament. Lomu's performance helped lead the All Blacks to the final, where they ultimately lost to South Africa.

Off the field, Lomu was known for his kind and generous nature. He was deeply involved in charitable work and worked tirelessly to support several causes, including children's charities and organizations that supported people with kidney disease.

Tragically, Lomu's life was cut short when he passed away on November 18, 2015, at the age of just 40 years old. Despite his untimely death, his legacy as one of the greatest rugby players of all time lives on. He continues to inspire young athletes around the world with his incredible skills, determination, and generosity.
