The Person I Idolized The Most



The person I idolized the most is Thomas Edison.


       WHO IS HE???

 


       Thomas Edison was an American inventor, scientist, and entrepreneur who lived from 1847 to 1931. He was born in Milan, Ohio and grew up in Port Huron, Michigan.




 



 

WHO IS HE TO THE WORLD???

    He is the inventor of the first practical incandescent light bulb. Before Edison, there were many inventors and scientists working on developing an electric light bulb, but none of them had been successful in creating a reliable and long-lasting bulb.

    Edison's light bulb was an important milestone in the development of modern technology and it paved the way for many other innovations, such as the electric power industry and the electronics industry. It also had a profound impact on society by improving people's quality of life, increasing productivity, and creating new jobs and industries.

    In addition to the light bulb, Edison made many other important contributions to science and technology, including the development of the phonograph, the motion picture camera, and the alkaline storage battery. His legacy as an inventor and entrepreneur is still celebrated today and his impact on the world is immeasurable.



 












Why I idolized Thomas Edison??

 

1.   Inventions: Edison was a prolific inventor who made significant contributions to fields such as electricity, telecommunications, and motion pictures. Many of his inventions, such as the incandescent light bulb and the phonograph, were groundbreaking and had a profound impact on society.

2.   Entrepreneurship: Edison was not only an inventor but also a successful entrepreneur who founded several companies and pioneered the development of research and development facilities. He was known for his business acumen and his ability to turn his inventions into profitable products.

3.   Persistence: Edison was famously persistent and was not      deterred by failure. He once said, "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." This attitude of perseverance in the face of adversity has inspired many people.

4.   Work Ethic: Edison was known for his incredible work ethic and his dedication to his craft. He often worked long hours and was relentless in his pursuit of new ideas and inventions.
